Although not gaining medals on this occasion, both Liam and Keely have gained more experience and Keely fighting with a very painfull side, showed incredible guts and spirit on the day .Well done you.

A fantastic day for all! Particular mention to Matthew, Ella, Abby and Keeley who all got recalled to mats when told they had finished fighting. Great spirit and true grit came through, well done. Ted on fire – where did that come from?! Liam and Keeley, both of you showed true renrukan spirit but just not your day but it will come round again soon, I’m sure. I am very proud of all the compeitors, very well done.
