The Renrukan took 6 players to high wycombe for a red belt competition. Five of these players had not been to a competition at this level before, so it was great to have new players giving their best.
Some of the weight groups had some strong opposition, but they kept at it .

Well done to Ella and Ted , who for the first time out into big time judo really fought hard, as did all our players, and on the day were rewarded with a SILVER and a BRONZE medal.

Well done Ted, I am so proud of you and I know my Dad, your Great Grandfather, who was a black belt 2nd dan would have been over the moon. What a fantastic start.

I had a really great day at Red Belt Rumble. Mark was really supportive and made me feel more confident. I’m really proud of my medal. Well done to everyone that went!
